On both sides of CAFEC paper filter, many fine crinkles are added, its height is an ideal one for smooth brewing after many years of studies. Normally, crinkles are added during dry stage. However, CAFEC added crinkles during wet stage and the paper is dried and finished without crushing the crinkles. So CAFEC paper will have good thickness but low paper density. Thanks to this, coffee can be brew smoothly without clogging.
